i know....how do you miss that? even if another nail flies off in another direction...wouldn't you notice the one lodged in your mouth cuz it's.....well...lodged in your mouth.
it..it just happened so fast...
You never know what will bring people in to see the doctor. This guy probably got over the pain after the first couple of days, but what really bothered him enough to go to the E.R. was the discovery of rusty flakes on his finger after picking his nose.
(Seriously, though, the ENTs and neurosurgeons would need at least three plain x-rays and a head CT for operative planning prior to removing this bad boy.)
